I came here with my college classmates ( SMI- MAHE BLR ). The people at Arumbavur Wood Carvings welcomed us and showed us their work and gave us an in-depth study about all of their projects. They even explained and gave us the opportunity to try the different methods of wood carving. It was a wonderful experience.

Today I toured the Arumbavar Wood Carving site. Manikandan gave a tour for me to see all the wood carvings. It was very impressive to see in person the details of the wood work and the bright colors when they are finished. Definitely a great place to visit and purchase your pieces of art.
It was breathtaking to see the intricate work done by the artist . Mr. Manikandan was warm and very informative about every work done by them. I bought Krishna and Ganesha in relaxing mode .
